Thank your visiting our website. I'm Kelly Anderson, Principal Broker and owner of United Country K&G Realty, LLC in Lyles, TN, Hickman County. I'm very proud to be part of the team at our office where we all work hard for our clients and customers, buying and selling real estate, and help one another too.

We have the tools to help buyers purchase property in Middle TN such as: we have a great website, United Country is on page #1 of Google, a large customer data base with prospective buyers, advertising in newspapers and magazines and we network with other offices. I work in the field with buyers, working on the property I have listed and searching for listings for buyers that aren't on the market. I work hard for my clients, buyers and sellers!
After many years of working with the public in management and food service, I chose the path to real estate in 1995 in Tennessee, and enjoy working with both sellers and buyers. I prefer the dry, warm weather, but even in the cold of winter I load up the four wheeler to preview land for listings and show to buyers. I have many recommendations and referrals from buyers and sellers that I'm happy to share and I work to try and make each transaction as easy and stress free as possible. Located approximately 45 minutes west of Nashville, with land and homes listed less than an hour from Nashville, I work many areas, but my main areas are Hickman, Dickson, Wayne and Lewis Counties in Tennessee. I specialize in farm and land sales with residential sales too. I'm also selling elite homes with acreage, country homes with land in Central Tennessee, timber property, hunting land and creek property. I have approximately 24 years of Real Estate experience. I'm a member of the Greater Nashville Board of Realtors, Tennessee Real Estate Association, Chamber of Commerce, and active in the community.
I enjoy spending time with my family, the outdoors in the woods, swimming and playing in the creeks, four wheeling, boating and just hanging out with the grand kids.
I'm very passionate about my real estate career, and have a great time showing and listing homes, farms, wooded land, vacant land, commercial property & waterfront property. I enjoy the new people I meet and all the new friends,(buyers, sellers and other Realtors) I have made during our real estate transactions.
